Consuming Vitamin A is commonly obtained from vegetable and fruit will make the eyes healthier. However apabika we consume green vegetables, also protect the eyes from ultraviolet rays cause cataracts. In addition the researchers also conducted a test sample using vitamin E and the results suggest that other nutrients besides vitamin A also provides protection against eye damage caused by UV rays. Vitamin E can reduce the damage of about 25 to 32 percent. That means that lutein and zeaxanthin can benefit a much larger dose may be much less than vitamin E or other nutrients.
